Security & privacy

Controlled at
every boundary.

The showcase reveals what the experience feels like—not the infrastructure, credentials, or people behind it.

A deliberately narrow surface

Trust is designed into the flow.

Every layer limits what can be submitted, exposed, retained, and controlled.

01

Product isolation

A dedicated showcase-platform credential separates this traffic from every other Loqui integration.

02

Minimal sensitive data

Phone numbers are AES-GCM encrypted with a separate HMAC for matching; browsers receive masked values.

04

Secret boundaries

API keys, Brain credentials, full destinations, prompts, transcripts, and signed URLs are excluded from client payloads and logs.

05

Short-lived artifacts

Fresh signed links are requested only after ownership checks. Loqui artifact URLs are never persisted.

06

Auditable changes

Administrative access, quota, blocking, publication, and call-control changes create append-only audit records.

Narrow purpose

Clear retention.
Explicit permission.

Live demonstrations are limited to evaluation. Public showcase recordings require documented consent, manual transcript redaction, recording review, and explicit publication.

Usage boundary

Some conversations do not belong here.

Do not use the showcase for emergency services, high-stakes advice, payments, unsolicited outreach, or sensitive personal data.
